We are looking for an exceptionally smart, articulate and ambitious individual to join our Altisource Strategy Acceleration (“ASA”) team. If this is you, you will be working on real strategy making and development work together with the company’s top leadership. In this position, you will help drive momentum and rhythm by scoping and evaluating key options through a structured outcome-orientated approach, creating specific implementation plans and governance structures, and generating transparency through measurement and feedback.

This Bangalore-based role may require international travel to Europe and the United States

 

Job Description

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design, implement, and manage core Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes to monitor, mitigate and report on risk from third party relationships especially vendors and clients. This includes leading the TPRM team efforts on:
    • Vendor risk assessments, vendor audits, vendor onboarding, vendor document refresher/ review, vendor termination procedures and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
    • Monitoring and reporting on credit risk and other potential risks from key vendors and clients
    • Providing periodic risk reports to the Altisource leadership team on key risks and mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Line of Business (LOB), Compliance, Legal and Compliance Department (LCD) and other internal stakeholders to:
    • Monitor, mitigate and report on risk from third party relationships
    • Help increase vendor productivity/performance
    • Ensure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to maintain alignment with industry best practices
  • Improve existing strategies, operations review, oversight planning and reporting

·         Create robust quantitative analytical models that deliver key perspective on likely outcomes, as well as on uncertainty and risk

  • Project manage data collection, analysis and planning work for key initiatives
  • Understand and manage Corporate Insurance Services

 

YOUR KEY RESULTS:

•         Effectively manage risks associated with third parties in line with management risk guidelines

•         Consistently work with LOBs and vendors to improve business and vendor performance in line with agreed service levels

•         Maintenance of a compliant vendor network

•         Quality of data, analysis and insights

•         Effectiveness of partnership and interaction with stakeholders

•         Quality of executive presentations, including senior leaders in the organization

•         Ability to add value and improve the quality of the outcomes, as opposed to merely run a process

•         Ability to manage and control performance by virtue of organization, process, and data-driven feedback loops

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

•         MBA / Masters from a reputed B-school

•         8+ years of experience in managing teams and processes demonstrated through strong ownership and high impact in Vendor Management/Risk Management/Audit

•         Experience in managing team size of 10 associates or more

•         Expert knowledge of MS Office applications

•         Client centric focus on achieving goals and managing outcomes

•         Ability to provide thought leadership on third party risk management to senior stakeholders (internal and external as applicable)

•         Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

•         Experience in managing projects. PMP trained/certified preferable

Qualifications
