We are looking for a world-class Payroll Analyst, articulate, proactive, and ambitious individual to join our Altisource Payroll team. If this is you, you will oversee the payroll process and ensure all payments are accurate and on time. In this position, you will be reviewing payroll data and documents for errors and imprecise records, checking whether the information is accurate, and ensuring that the scheduled payments are made on time. A major key to this role is that you should have excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

·         Review timesheets and attendance records and fix inaccuracies

·         Calculate and process compensation-related data including wages and bonuses

·         Answer employees’ questions about PTO, salaries, and tax

·         Prepare audit reports on procedures and records

·         Analyze and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions and garnishments

·         Report to management on payroll issues and changes

·         Design, document, and implement procedures that will help the payroll processes

WHAT ABOUT YOU?You have...

• ·         Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or similar role

  ·         Hands-on experience with payroll software (like Oracle and ADP)

  ·         Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets

  ·         Excellent analytical skills

  ·         The ability to work under tight deadlines

  ·         Degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field
