Company Description

The Manager, Title and Trustee Services will drive product design and the services strategy for Premium Title. The Manager will also act as the General Manager for the line of business implementing the plan for growth of the business and owning the P&L. You will work closely with Trustee and Title Operations and key stakeholders to achieve success.

What Do You Get To Do?

This role will be wholly responsible for the success of Premium Title and Trustee Operations.

 Business Planning 

  • Define the business vision, strategy and road map
  • Implement short and long-term growth initiatives
  • Common business deliverables: White Papers, Case Studies, Product Comparisons, Competitor Analysis and user stories

Financial Planning 

  • P&L owner – will manage profit and loss for the business
  • Responsible for establishing market competitive pricing while maintaining profitability
  • Works with executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop annual budget(s)
  • Provides monthly forecasts against budget and year end outlook

Products and services – development and performance 

  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards to ensure products/services are meeting or exceeding internal and external SLAs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Gathers, manages and prioritizes market/customer requirements
  • Develops business case for new products/services, improvement to existing products/services and business ventures
  • Ensures sales product/service training occurs
  • Coordinates beta and pilot programs for new products/services

 

Qualifications

Optimal Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in mortgage valuation product development
  • Knowledge/experience in driving innovative solutions for industry pain points
  • Experience leading a Business Unit thru transformation
  • Hands-on experience in resource and location strategy, opportunity analysis, business case development, outsourcing and vendor management
  • Strong data analytics capabilities especially cost analysis and internal/external benchmarking
