We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor who has always considered themselves a great teacher/trainer, and would love to be trained to train Mortgage Loan Processors, as a subject matter expert.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Help Design and develop training programs based on the needs of the Processing requirements
• Facilitate  training courses in both live and on-line environments
• Evaluate the participants to ensure the subject material is conveyed in an effective manner
• Identify employee developmental/training needs and develop programs/initiatives to meet those needs to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting the organization’s core values
• Work with Processing SMEs to transform expert content into learner friendly classroom, online and/or blended learning solutions
• Adhere to project plans and timelines
• Contribute to training process improvements and participate in other projects as needed
• Report to the L&D and the Originations department as to the effectiveness of the training program

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees and hold audience’s attention during training (can be web-based)
• Previous mortgage experience in processing and a desire to become a trainer
• Detail-oriented and perform well under deadlines and in rapid change environments, with exceptional writing, teaching and speaking skills
