Job Description: Drive thought leadership around how to use our data to effectively create, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns that use a multitude of channels. Drive data integrity, help engineering prioritize updates to the data pipeline and tooling. Perform deep analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against every stage of the marketing funnel. Conduct analysis to optimize marketing spend across various channels to help identify the most effective acquisition strategies. Explore data to find actionable insights and make recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to help the team see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core/business products. Monitor key performance metrics, and understand root causes of change. Help marketing and engineering teams choose the most important top-level metrics for their mission and goals and through excellent analytical skills help them gain deeper insights into user and product interaction. Help drive and promote the overall data-driven culture at Hubzu.com. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively synthesize, visualize and communicate ideas to others.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field, plus two (2) and a half years of experience with quantitative analysis, reporting and problem solving for a consumer technology company. Experience must include: two (2) and a half years of experience in synthesizing business priorities, product and monetization features, opportunities and constraints into a cohesive set of key metrics and roadmap for improving data systems; two (2) and a half years of experience with SQL, statistical analysis, experiment design and common pitfalls of data analysis. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Foreign degree equivalent is accepted.
