We are looking for an Escrow Funding Specialist, a critical role to ensure fundings from all PTS business units are completed in a timely manner, including wires for payoff lenders, sellers, realtors and vendor payments. 

What you will do....

• Become proficient with Resware operating platform and Premium Title Disbursement Processes
• Call various entities to confirm and verify wire information and ensure all steps have been taken to avoid any possible fraud
• Initiate and review outgoing wires using multiple platforms including banking sites and process incoming checks
• Perform quality control process/checks for outgoing wires and check payments across multiple transaction types
• Manage check signing, void and stop payment process for outgoing checks

• Funding disbursement experience on a Title/Escrow team
• Advanced Excel proficiency
