Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Manage Hubzu customer support teams while maintaining quality metric results related to inbound calls, emails and chats, from clients who reach out regarding auctioned properties listed
  • Coach and mentor teammates to ensure customer service interactions are quality and timely in execution
  • Create and manage various reports related to team performance, improvements, challenges, goals, etc.
  • Be the go to person/resource everyday in our Property Preservation unit of Altisource

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  You have...

  • Residential, real estate or mortgage review experience from a mortgage lender or mortgage servicer experience is a plus! 
  • Established experience in managing a team, including being a point of escalation
  • Customer service or client relations experience, with expertise in handling customer objections and escalations
  • Experience working with one or more CRM's (e.g. Avature, Encore, or Salesforce.com) or Ticketing Tracking systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Zendesk)
  • Work well in a team environment alongside other Real Estate Professionals
  • Proficiency in Spanish language (written and verbal) is a plus 
  • Coach and mentor associates to ensure quality score requirements are met and customer service engagement is high
