We are looking for a Property Preservation Specliast  to help support the clients and the increase in volume of our portfolio in our Property Preservation unit of Altisource.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Property Processing, requesting payment to send to the city, and analyze all steps of due payment processing for errors and discrepancies
• Daily report distribution to team members and QA/QC all client reports to make sure the reports were sent to the team, reporting findings to the manager
• Handle municipality audits verifying that registration conditions are correct and properties are registered

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

• Ability to pivot from one project to the next quickly
• Comfort level in communicating with city officials
• Experience with Mortgage Documents including reviewing deeds, foreclosure filings and dismissals (preferred)
