Senior Data Analyst - Bangalore

Key responsibilities

• Should act as a technical resource for the Analytics team involved in creating and implementing current and future Analytics projects like data warehouse design, BI reporting, etc.
• Analysis and design of ETL solutions to store/fetch data from multiple systems like Big Query, Snowflake and Oracle
• Create/maintain reports and dashboards for tracking business metrics and performance
• Analysis/deep dive into the available datasets and generate callouts with actionable business insights.
•  Ensure quality and consistency of the data in Datawarehouse and reports

Skills

•  Strong Experience of working in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL server, Mysql etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, BigQuery, RedShift) and other related systems.
•  Should have good understanding of Data warehouse/BI concepts
• Ability to structure the problem and breakdown the problem in sub-problems
•  Strong Excel, SQL, PLSQL and VBA skills.
• Experience of using visualization/ETL  tools like  Tableau , Pentaho, Rivery would be a definite plus

Experience

•  5+ Years of experience in Business Analytics with 2+ years of experience in database systems preferably in Ecommerce/Web based companies. Exposure to US housing market or mortgage market highly preferred.

Qualification

• Strong undergraduate degree in a highly numerate discipline such as engineering/science/economics etc. from top institutes like IIT/NIT/BITS PILANI
