We are looking for a talented Manager, Onboarding Program Office, to head up our new Onboarding Program Office within the Office of Client Advocacy, based in our Atlanta office. In this role, you will help develop, align and execute new onboarding programs in support of the organization’s strategic growth with new clients.  You will work to identify efficiencies, process improvements and create new standardizations. In doing so, you’ll drive down the time to live and create incremental revenue and increased client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Clients, and across operations, legal, compliance and our product teams.

Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO  

  • Lead new client Pipeline planning meetings in partnership with Sales to optimize engagement timelines and deliver increased readiness at contract signing
  • Partner with Client Advocates, Sales and Executives to create a consolidated and standardized Onboarding strategy that drives down the time to live for new clients
  • Manage a team of 2 project managers and together execute streamlined project timelines, tracking and pushing deliverables using project tracking software
  • Conduct Onboarding project meetings with stakeholders and present project plans to all stakeholders and executives involved in the project
  • Communicate regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders throughout the organization, building out a formal Onboarding management process and software suite to support the function
  • Own the end to end Onboarding experience, from Pipeline to Post Live with the goal of driving down time to live and driving up new client satisfaction

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU

  • Strong program/management experience within Real Estate/Field Services is required
  • Client facing experience and the confidence working directly with Clients
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and analyzing contracts to determine, align and manage available resources
  • Driven, with a desire to learn how to operate in an agile business operating model
  • Salesforce experience would be a plus, as would six-sigma certification
