Job Description

  1. This role is required to work on US shift (night) and the person will be responsible for managing a Portfolio of foreclosed properties
  2. The performance will be determined through monthly sales and client SLAs
  3. Proficient in MS office and able to create daily reports in excel on need basis
  4. Ensure client dictated SLA’s are managed and adhered
  5. Ability to think smart and fast to strategize various execution plans to meet BU and Company client scorecard
  6. Ensure implemented tools, policies and procedures meet the needs of both internal and external clients

Qualifications

  1. Minimum graduate having 1-3 years’ experience in US real estate mortgage process
  2. Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate fluently
  3. Experience in Sales (E-commerce) would be an added advantage
  4. Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills are required
  5. Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural team
