We are looking for a National Construction Lending Business Development Manager to prospect and pursue new client opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing clients. You should have a strong relationships you can leverage to quickly develop new business and expand the relationship with other lines of services Altisource offers.

Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Target business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Cultivate and develop new relationships by establishing contact,  recommending solutions and recognizing opportunity for the prospect and Altisource
  • Position yourself as a trusted industry advisor by deepening Altisource’s relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide data-driven reporting for opportunities, targets, and successes
  • Live the Altisource values by maintaining quality service and support
  • Be a continuous learner who keeps a finger on the industry pulse by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies
  • Build and present case usage of Altisource’s products and applications
  • Transition customers from sales to solution implementation
  • Prepare customer proposals and negotiating contract terms

Qualifications

What About You

  • 5-10 years of successful sales experience
  • Experience in construction lending or risk management sales
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals
  • A sales evangelist - experience implementing sales best practices and methodology from prospecting to closing the deal
  • Fluency in using and managing CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills
