We are looking for a Verification Specialist with a passion for the mortgage industry to develop and manage client relations for the Altisource umbrella. This is a great time to join the team and be a part of a growing and stable organization.

 WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

• Facilitate the onboarding of members into our credit and verifications program.

• Coordinate training with members

• Act as tier one support customer support; own/manage the credit and verifications help desk queue

• Lead audits as required by 3rd party servicers

• Work with the compliance management program to ensure compliance with our internal policy and procedures

• Work with internal compliance management program to review policies and procedures; participate in compliance calls/meetings

 WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

•    AMAZING professional customer service skills
•    Knowledge and/or experience of the loan origination process would be extremely helpful
•    Ability to multi-task and see each task through to the end
•    Must have amazing organizational skills
•    Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
•    MUST be able to work independently as this is a 100% remote role
•    TEAM player; willing to take on anything for the betterment of the TEAM.
