We are looking for a talented Senior Client Advocate, to join the Office of Client Advocacy. The role could be located in Atlanta, GA, or in either of our Texas offices in Plano or El Paso. For the perfect candidate, remote/virtual would also be considered. In this role, you will help advocate for a large and rapidly growing number of clients who use Hubzu for their auction needs. With both new and existing clients, you will work to develop and grow strong relationships, identifying ways to improve efficiencies and results for our clients. As clients engage with a broadening product suite, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and support additional products in our client-centric model.

Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO  

  • Partner with Sales and our Pipeline & Onboarding team to build strong client relationships built on a foundation of industry expertise, trust and integrity
  • Work closely with clients to truly understand their business goals and develop strategies and ideas to help them exceed those goals
  • Provide first point of contact for all clients and work to resolve questions/issues
  • Host monthly or quarterly business reviews with all clients to both showcase performance/results via scorecard as well as proposing ideas for future growth in results  
  • Spend time at Client locations to deepen relationships and truly walk a mile in their shoes
  • Work to identify opportunities to expand the products held
  • The role currently has 1 direct report (could expand further based on future growth)

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU

  • A proven track record of success in client facing roles within the auctions space
  • A strong understanding of the auctions process, it’s economics and the keys to success
  • Client facing experience and the confidence working directly with Clients
  • Experience leading a small team with the ability to coach and develop within this industry
  • Driven, with a desire to learn how to operate in an agile business operating model
