• Utilize good judgment and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues – you’ll be the voice of our company 
• Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted performance goals 
• Take ownership of every customer experience– we want customers to feel supported! 
• Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain client agreement and trust  
• Possible Contract to Permanent

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have… 

• Customer service experience in a professional environment 
• Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills 
• Experience working for a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
