 We are looking for an Appraisal Reviewer, also known as Residential Analyst, with a passion for the mortgage industry to analyze real estate property appraisals for Springhouse Valuations, part of the Altisource umbrella. • Review of residential Broker Price Opinions and Appraisals for quality control and valuation purposes
• Analyze market information provided by field vendors and by clients
• Provide updates to Customer Relationship Specialists and vendors on their Appraisal orders daily or as necessary as identified in client boarding, responding to all client-related inquiries on the same business day
• Reconcile an opinion of value while meeting daily production standards
• Collaborate with other Business Units within the company in order to successfully facilitate all requests from your Clients

• Previous experience with residential appraisals from an AMC, mortgage lender or mortgage servicer is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Real Estate or Residential Appraisal environment
• National BPO and appraisal review experience is preferred
