We are looking for an experienced Risk Management Manager, reporting directly to our Director, Internal Audit and will work closely with our Head of Internal Audit. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!

As the Manager Risk Management, you will be responsible for managing the Risk Governance Function. You will take ownership and ensure timely completion of risk assessments with support from various risk governance teams and other key stakeholders. Active communication and excellent stakeholder management along with strong risk management knowledge are critical for success in this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1.       Work with key business leaders to manage the Enterprise Risk Governance Program

2.       Conduct annual Enterprise Risk Assessment

3.       Coordinate with multiple teams/stakeholders including senior business leaders to ensure all important risk assessments are conducted timely

4.       Maintain Risk Register

5.       Track mitigation action plans to closure

6.       Schedule periodic Risk Governance and Oversight meetings with key leaders

7.       Provide periodic risk reports to senior leaders

8.       Ability to enhance maturity of the Risk Governance Framework and Risk Assessment methodology/processes

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

1.       Strong understanding of the Risk Governance Framework, Risk Assessment Methodology

2.       Hand-on experience in conducting various types of risk assessments

3.       Understanding of industry best practices on Risk Management

4.       Advanced analytical and critical/big picture thinking and problem solving skills

5.       Ability to challenges status quo and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner

6.       Proven ability to work with senior leaders

7.       Experience in preparing reports for senior leaders

8.       Strong project management, verbal and written communication skills

9.       Good computer skills - MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.

Qualifications/Certifications required:

MBA or other equivalent post-graduate degree

Certifications on Risk Management such as Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or other similar certifications

Work Experience:

7 years hand-on experience in Risk Management activities.
