This role reports to the Manager, Employee Experience who is seeking an energetic and skilled self-starter to work in our People Solutions organization and drive talent initiatives that will have direct impact on the company’s business performance and employee experience. 1. Contacting Clients’ vendors for document retrieval – 45%
2. Review documents provided by the vendors and take action as required – 20%
3. Assist vendors with system issues (coordinating with Technology team) – 5%
4. Reporting – 10%
5. Vendor Onboarding/Initial communication – 10%
6. Adhoc requests by Clients/CSL/leaders – 10%
7. Other miscellaneous reporting tasks 10%

Incorrect information provided by the client regarding the vendor, will need to conduct a thorough investigation to obtain the correct data.
Review multiple documents provided by the vendor and make sure they comply with our client’s requirements.
Assist in educating the vendors regarding our system; provide the vendor with guides or assistance over the phone.
Vendor merged or acquired by other companies, thorough investigation to be conducted in order to find supporting evidence of the occurrence to inform the client accordingly.
Collaborate with technology team to assist and resolve technical issues faced by the vendors
Work on adhoc requests and reports for clients with short deadline
Assist Vendors when NDA needs to be in place
