 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Scope and develop strategic options for the company, in partnership with key leaders
• Project manage data collection, analysis and planning work
• Become a subject matter expert and retrieve data and key insights from live interactions as well as from desktop research
• Create robust quantitative analytical models that deliver key perspective on likely outcomes, as well as on uncertainty and risk
• Partner with key leaders to shape and deliver direction, investment and execution recommendations to the leadership team, including the CEO
• Organize launch of new strategic initiatives, including governance structure and measurement rhythm

YOUR KEY RESULTS:

Your consulting-like, project-orientated assignments will be evaluated on:

•         Quality of data, analysis and insights

•         Meaningfulness of key options and solutions identified

•         Effectiveness of partnership and interaction with senior leaders

•         Quality of executive presentations, including to CEO and COO

•         Ability to add value and improve the quality of the outcomes, as opposed to merely run a process

•         Ability to manage and control performance by virtue of organization, process, and data-driven feedback loops

•         MBA / Masters from Tier-1 B-school

•         4+ years of analytical problem solving experience demonstrated in a high ownership / high impact area, with Management Consulting experience and/or Business Analysis experience in a Tech environment preferred

•         You master Excel and can beat our COO on it (he will test you!)

•         You are comfortable and effective in executive interactions, and you have clear reasons to believe you are able to add value with your acumen and insightfulness when engaging with executives

•         Your communication skills are outstanding, both verbal and written: you are clear and crisp, senior leaders understand you well when you talk or present, and your presentations are top management consulting firm level

•         You are an excellent listener, you enjoy interacting with people and are very easy to work with

•         You are motivated and willing to put in the effort that is required to do the job, and to get your hands dirty

•         Prior experience in the US real estate or mortgage industries not required
