We are looking for a Program Manager (Center of Excellence). The Program Manager is responsible for recommendations that support the center's strategies and operations while effectively partnering managing several phases of continuous growth though-out the center. 

What Do You Get To Do? 

• Ensure effective and accurate use BI & Analytic tools to meet center's needs
•  Increase analytic acumen of the firm
•  Develop standards and best practices for BI & Analytics
• Scoping the analytical resource requirements (people, systems, and tools)
• Educating business areas on how to effectively use analytics
• Equipping team members with analytical knowledge and skills.
• Providing analytical insights to large and often complex initiatives.
• Partnering with senior leaders to integrate analytics into business decision.

Optimal Qualifications

• Ability to meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Ability to delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Able to meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff member
• PMP Certification – preferred but not required.
• LEAN SIX SIGMA – preferred but not required.
• Agile Training/Certification – preferred but not required.
