If so, nice to meet you.  We are looking for an experienced, brilliant and innovative Technical Product Manager, reporting directly to the head of our Enterprise Solutions Business Analysis and Program Management team.  If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with business partners to identify opportunities to leverage technology to automate business processes.  You will work both independently and cross-functionally to transform ideas into technical requirements.  You will be responsible for defining technology solutions, building roadmaps, and providing the requirements for building solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

•         Work with business partners to capture As Is state and define To Be state to deliver business objectives

•         Translates To Be state into business epics

•         Builds roadmaps and release plans to deliver business epics

•         Work with team to define DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives) and user stories

•         Build a well-groomed backlog and assign stories to sprints

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

•         B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar

•         MBA welcomed but not required

•         5+ years in product management with a track record of successfully launching digital products

•         2-3 years’ experience working with BPM and/or RPA technologies.  PEGA experience is a strong plus

•         Hands-on experience working as a product owner in an agile (SCRUM) development process

•         Relevant industry experience

•         Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans

•         Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results

•         Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive level
