We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for a new position, Director, Trelix and MRES US Operations

Job Description

What Do You Get To Do?  

  • Provide strategic leadership by:

  • Developing the relationship strategy in line with market opportunities and vision, mission and financial objectives

  • Leads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes across client teams to align and advance strategic interests

  • Developing a pragmatic approach to measuring client delight index

  • Drive team to identify organic growth with existing clients  

  • Implement rigorous oversight practices to proactively monitor Client scorecard performance and revenue trends

  • Manage rhythm of the new organization and constantly refining the interactions model with Sales, Product, Operations and Analytics  

Day to day functional management:  

  • The role will include active participation in the entire lifecycle from client onboarding (requiring strong project management), ongoing client calls and strategic and tactical planning sessions  

  • Formalize regular Client temperature checks: track throughput, escalations, root cause, etc.

  • Be key point of contact and resolution for all Client escalations and develop monitoring mechanism for action plans against the implementation of needed remediation activities

  • Proactively ensure all key scorecard objectives are being met

  • Maintain rigor on contractual controls framework, Client audit and due diligence requests, and communications of Client requirement changes to all impacted Altisource teams  

  • Reporting on key clients to Executive Leadership team

Increase organizational capabilities by:

  • Assessing organizational requirements for talent and identify coaching, upskilling or exit decisions quickly

  • Attracting, retaining and enabling a staff through effective leadership and team development  

  • Directing and manages client team staff, overseeing execution of standardized processes from inception through completion

 

Enhance organizational culture and brand by:

  • Leveraging Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Test & Learn methodologies to create ongoing velocity and transparency  

  • Acting as the Company’s ambassador in all Client relationships

  • Living our guiding principles and inspiring the team to do the sam

Qualifications

Optimal Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading a Client Management function with Fortune 1000 sized Clients in the banking and/or mortgage industry  

  • Proven ability to creatively and profitably manage client accounts driven by business decisions

  • Proven success with agile management strategies and with data-driven execution a plus
