We are looking for a Vendor Relations, Manager to play a critical part in ensuring timeliness, trend tracking, demand planning, and partnership efforts with our vendor network.

Job Description

  • Lead- Vendor Management  & Engagement Team
  • Generate impact by reducing vendor turnover, increasing vendor performance leading to better first time right, increasing client onboarding capability, and mentoring vendors to adjust performance needs by identifying problematic trends
  • Data Analysis - work with the team to identify under-performers and build pipeline of replacement vendors - gather trend and reporting analysis to determine the performance of vendor network, provide weekly reporting to the Senior Manager of Vendor Engagement and VMO on territory performance/coverage including trend analysis and root cause analysis of vendor performance
  • Vendor Management - be the escalation point for over 50 vendors at any given time, ensure proper allocation of work to align with the vendors’ capacity to complete within SLAs and quality expectations from both a transactional level and trend analysis level. Work closely with VEEP and RFSMs to identify regions where additional vendor coverage is needed due to loss of vendors, increased volume of existing clients and onboarding of new clients

Qualifications

  • Ability to self-manage, demonstrate effective and positive results with large amounts of autonomy, extraordinary ability to work as a team
  • Experience with communicating daily with internal stakeholders on coverage, capacity and pricing
  • Advanced Power Point and Excel, including ability to succinctly establish a story and provide visual analysis through the creation of professional level decks, and the ability to use pivot tables and create visualizations by use of data, particularly mapping
  • Ability to create demand planning, identify vendor leads and push vendor leads to performing vendors within 90 days, efficiently and quickly
