If so, we would love to hear from you!  Hubzu.com is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with deep Paid Advertising experience that can optimize engagement with our customers through target channels and maximize the performance of dollars spent. 

In this role you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of these digital marketing tactics; Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads, Affiliate channels and SEO. This role requires you to manage marketing in as complex environment where cross-collaboration is crucial, where understanding that while Hubzu has a fast-paced start-up like mentality, it is housed within a larger organization that sometimes is not as fast paced, and where patience is required to accommodate diverse cultures and time zones.

This is a career growth opportunity where we are building a team in the US that was previous located overseas.  If you are highly data driven, like a hands-on job as well as managing partners & agencies, are highly collaborative, and have substantial experience with The Google Marketing Platform, and Facebook Ads, then we are looking for you!

We are looking for candidates to work in our Austin, TX or Sandy Springs, GA offices.  There is no telecommuting option for this role.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Plan, implement, analyze, and optimize all online performance marketing activities around: Paid and organic search (SEO, PPC), Paid Social, Display and Video and Affiliates. 
  • Optimize dollars spent on digital tactics with an eye towards increasing performance of our target channels that have a positive business impact.
  • Manage key partners and agencies. Use your knowledge to guide agency relationships and push back if agency suggestions don’t seem right. Constantly evaluate whether agency is performing to top standards and increasing performance.
  • Manage the advertising budget and provide assessments of agency performance and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to ensure proper tracking of all campaigns and of the whole conversion funnel.
  • Work daily with the analytics team for current performance reporting and analysis. 
  • Use Google optimize for A/B testing of new campaigns and ideas to increase performance.
  • Stay on top of the newest digital opportunities that effect target market and use this information to develop new marketing channels. 
  • Implement new partners through overseas web development team.
  • Create reports autonomously using Google Analytics 360. 
  • Work closely with the whole Product and Sales.

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU? To accomplish the above, we expect you to have... 

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles for a digital Business. 
  • Be an expert in Google Marketing platform and know the best ways to use it to optimize performance.
  • Technical: Deep understanding of the Google Marketing Platform, how to interpret Google Analytics, experience with Google tag manager, and with Facebook Ads. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of diverse cultures around the world that operate on different time zones and timelines for responsiveness. Know how to ask the right questions to expedite the right answers.
  • Real estate industry exposure is a plus. 
  • Deep understanding of performance advertising, A/B testing, Google Analytics 360 capabilities. GTM is a plus. 
  • Existing track record of setting and exceeding growth goals. 
  • Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
