Job Description

● Managing day-to-day learning and development administration and operations

● Collaborate with team to determine effective methods to package and publish various forms of training based on ease of use and completion requirements

● Upload, test, manage and track training content within LMS Platform, including but not limited to, eLearning courses, quizzes, surveys, evaluations, documents, etc

● Lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes, practices, and service level agreements related to the use and administration of the LMS

● Configure and maintain system preferences, securities, and user groups

● Maintain our integrated LMS tools

● Collaborate with team to manage product release cycle; test and implement all system updates with integrated tools/software

● Collaborate with team on any system bugs 

● Review & report activities to our team leader

● Participating on other Learning Management Systems project as needed

Qualifications

● Education (Bachelor’s degree preferred): Education Curriculum and Technology, Informatics/Computer Science, or Human Resource Management

● Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, quantitative research, analytical thinking, presentation design, and time management

● Ability to build effective relationships with internal team and cross functional partners and problem solve with technical, process, and partnership challenges

● Good to have 1-2+ years of experience administering learning and content management systems (Openedx or similar preferred), but its okay to try if you don’t have any experience

● Proficient in English

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and other web collaboration apps

● Able to manage multiple task efficiently and high-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks

● Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment

● Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately

● Previous experience in technology industry a plus
