Job Description

As part of a Client Connection support team, you will assist engineering specialists in defining appropriate technical solutions for the connection of (new or reinforced) grid users within the framework of customer requests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • With support from senior engineers, performing studies related to the connection or reinforcement of grid users
  • Supporting the preparation of technical reports for customers based on studies conducted by senior engineers
  • Gradually and autonomously handling simple customer files, depending on competency development

As a member of the Client Connection support team, you will also contribute to the overall process by:

  • Monitoring the progress of customer studies using dashboards
  • Analyzing process bottlenecks and proposing improvements
  • Making suggestions for improvements related to processes, documentation, and document management
  • Aligning assumptions used in customer studies to ensure consistency and coherence across all studies

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Dutch, and English is required; passive understanding of the second national language is sufficient
  • Master’s degree with a technical or engineering background, given the technical nature of the dossiers
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured working approach
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to take initiative
