Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience in Capital Markets and strong hands-on SQL skills.
This role requires a professional who can bridge business and technical domains — someone capable of understanding investment banking workflows while performing in-depth data analysis and collaborating with IT teams on trading systems.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements within Capital Markets projects.
Conduct advanced SQL-based data analysis for validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
Work closely with developers, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to design and implement robust solutions.
Support ongoing initiatives including system migrations, data quality improvements, and new trading functionalities.
Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the financial sector.
Solid exposure to Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Trading Systems (trade lifecycle, risk, PnL, data flows).
Strong SQL expertise ; complex queries, stored procedures, data validation, performance tuning.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to interact across business and IT functions.
Additional Information

Experience with Murex, Calypso, Openlink, or other trading/risk platforms.
Familiarity with data governance, risk management systems, or regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ for automation or integration tasks.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.
