DORA Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a DORA Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the DORA project, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Coordination

  • Plan and oversee the implementation of the DORA project, ensuring alignment between all involved teams.
  • Coordinate actions between stakeholders, including technical teams, business teams, and CISOs.
  • Monitor the implementation of DORA requirements and report on progress.
  • Prepare and participate in Steering Committees and other strategic meetings.

Communication and Reporting

  • Ensure clear and effective communication on the project's status through meetings, SharePoint, emails, and other channels.
  • Engage stakeholders at all project stages to ensure active participation.
  • Provide regular reports to management on compliance levels and project progress.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of DORA regulation.
  • Experience in project management.
  • General understanding of IT and cybersecurity, including technical and application architecture.
  • Ability to interpret and apply security requirements and assess cybersecurity risks.

Soft Skills

  • Proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.

Language Requirements

  • English – Advanced (mandatory)
  • French – Intermediate/Advanced (nice to have)
