In this role, you’ll collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, product owners, and key users to analyze diverse business needs across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with various business users to understand and document their needs.
• Act as a bridge between business and development teams within an agile framework.
• Prepare and conduct tests, document requirements, and create user stories.

• Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Field Service.
• 3+ years of experience in functional and/or business analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with flexibility to travel within Belgium.
