• Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through effective testing and optimization techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• English proficiency should be at least B2 level;
• 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development;
• Strong expertise in Java, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
