Job Description

As a Data Migration Specialist, you are part of our team and work hand in hand with our Customer Success team in Munich and the database specialists on site.

In this way, you contribute to our customer onboarding becoming faster, better and fully automated step by step, up to a customer-operated import interface in the full expansion stage.

  • You ensure the success of our customers by preparing and transferring customer data from legacy systems
  • You prepare the customer data, clean it for further import into our Impower databases with internal and external partners or optimize data that has already been imported
  • You actively develop ideas for optimizing the transfer process
  • You actively provide impulses for possible automation or
  • You implement individual automation steps yourself
  • You document both manual and automated data transfers and thus create the basis for further automation of data transfers
  • You implement automations yourself for internal use or even import assistants for customers
  • You communicate confidently with customers and the Customer Success Team in German and with the development team in English.

 

Qualifications

  • Practical skills in data preparation, data manipulation and methods.
  • Ability to analyze and compare data, identify discrepancies or problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to put yourself in the shoes of non-technical customers and create import processes for them
  • Knowledge of German in order to be able to analyze existing ERP systems
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written, other foreign languages ​​​​are an advantage
  • An eye for detail
  • Precise, solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Commitment, initiative and strong ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
  • UI / UX knowledge
  • Experience in project management would be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of interface and software development with the latest technologies
