Job Description
- Deployment (via tools) of developments carried out on the Homologation and Production platforms (support for the production teamproduction team)
- Organisation and monitoring of production releases of new versions every quarter
- Management of Production and Certification API Keys
- Monitoring incidents and escalations
- Drawing up specifications for fixed-price developments
- Qualification of version upgrades and application/software patches
- Drafting and updating documentation relating to upgrades and patches
- Continuous improvement/patch proposals
- Actions to improve the applications within the scope of this role
- Assistance with the scoping of new customer projects
- Assistance with customer projects (scoping, connection, acceptance)
- Level 3 support on incidents and production problems during working hours with the Architecture team (ARC) and the Internal Development team (DVI)(Management = Level 1, Production Engineer = Level 2)
- Preparation and planning of production deployments
- Correspondent and client contact for incident/bug/ changes
- Continuous improvement in conjunction with the client
- Contribution of deliverables, preparation and planning of API deployments APIs made by the client´s department in Production and Homologation
Qualifications
- +5 years as Sys Admin Linux
- Good Knowledge of SQL
- Good Communications in French (B2+)
- Must be receptive to work on a hybrid regime in Lisbon (2 times per week)
- Shell script development, including PowerShell
