Job Description

  • Perform cross-organizational application analysis to identify key data and infrastructure dependencies, based on functional requirements.
  •  Assess the completeness of information in the configuration and asset management database (CMDB) in the context of application dependencies, together with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop methods to keep information up to date.
  • Supporting team members with application and system knowledge.
  • Contact application owners and suppliers to clarify requirements for the Enhanced Application Dependency Mapping process.
  • Ask application providers to appoint an application specialist to answer an application dependency questionnaire, including application data and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Work with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to collect the necessary dependency information.
  • Comparing SME responses with the data contained in the Mega Hopex repository.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and 8+ years in IT projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in application integration, application management, application maintenance, and Asset and Configuration Management system experience.
  • Ability to liaise with IT engineers, developers, project managers, and top management.
  • Guiding and advising stakeholders in resolving architectural issues to support the delivery of the intended end picture.
  • Flexible to adapt and respond to change.
  • Possesses strong skills in problem-solving, debugging, and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills across the service development cycle: from design to implementation to monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of applications related to data dependencies and infrastructure.
  • English B2/C1
