Job Description
In view of the current social and environmental challenges . The group wants to take concrete steps to minimise its ecological footprint and improve its contribution to society. We are looking for a RSE/CSR Consultant to support the transformation of the company so that it can respond to environmental and societal challenges.
Main tasks of the CSR(RSE) Consultant :
- Lot 1: Consultant :
o Experience in CSR(RSE), prioritise subjects and provide a framework,
o Carry out a diagnosis of the existing situation,
o Define the CSR (RSE) strategy and approach,
o Define the KPIs for measuring progress
o Interacting with numerous stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees, etc.)
o Monitoring sustainable development in the light of rapidly changing practices, innovations and regulations, etc.
- Batch 2: Project manager to implement the actions (2nd phase, not yet defined)
o To support the client in setting up, deploying and managing this CSR (RSE) strategy,
o Coordinate and manage the various actions of the assignment,
o Measure and evaluate the progress made by the company in its sustainable development approach.
Qualifications
RSE consultants require a solid base of knowledge and skills related to sustainable development and CSR (RSE), or directly linked to their speciality, such as :
- materiality analysis
- Carbon assessment
- Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)
- Energy performance diagnostics
Technical skills such as :
- project management,
- competitive intelligence, and writing skills,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and diplomacy, to work in a team and with various stakeholders and build trust,
- Adaptability (working environment, expectations, understanding needs, support),
- Curiosity, to keep abreast of the latest CSR (RSE) news, research and regulatory changes,
- Cross-functional vision,
- Strength of conviction,
- Ability to analyse and summarise, to produce a number of deliverables and guarantee high-quality advice tailored to the strategic, economic and social reality of the organisation/customer,
- Pedagogy and diplomacy, to adapt your approach to your various contacts,
- Proposal-driven,
- Priority management, to process large amounts of data and information simultaneously.
