The candidate should be in charge of:

• Provide support to market teams on site.
• Identify from different OpsCo the relevant configuration and prerequisites.
• Setup test bench on site according to the different configurations reference.
• Run Test and reporting
• Raise bugs and provide support to Wiztivi France to bug reproduction; confirm resolution.
• Provide support to Project team located at Nantes.
• Reproduce, analyse and qualify issues found.
• Give indications to Wiztivi teams on how to correct bugs.
• Test issues on the OpCo configured environment (via Engineering Builds).
• Be the representation of Wiztivi for Opcos (capacity & skills to communicate and interacte smartly with the Customers Operators teams) and the voice of Wiztivi.
• Needs to understand operational stuff to support the client: Telco UX/UI building.

A candidate coming from Test/QA experience could be a good basis for the research of the right profile.

French language speaking is a "nice to have" and not mandatory but is clearly "a plus" to exchange with the French development team in Nantes.
