Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be supporting the Commercial Director and the Sales Team

You'll be the first point of contact for all the new business opportunities, will be expected to follow up on existing leads, taking tracks of them on Company CRM, and participate in international events. You'll need to interact with other departments, identify new sales opportunities, and maintain the sales-related content on our websites. Accountant skills are required as well as the person will help the finance department as well in making some business projections. The role is an excellent opportunity to embark on a career within an industry that promotes a fun, casual but hard-working team/office environment. An ideal candidate is a young passionate Spanish speaking person willing to succeed in the industry. It is potentially coming from a Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service position.

Responsibilities

●            Use your creativity to actively engage with prospects to generate new business;

●            Schedule appointments and meet with prospective clients on all levels alone or together with the Sales Team;

●            Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.);

●            Be in charge of carrying out outbound sales to warm potential leads;

●            Analyzing and investigation what the competition offers;

●            Report directly to the Commercial Director so that you will be close to the decision-making process;

●            Travel and perform sales activities at industry Expos and conferences are expected;

●            Promote the company's products and services;

 

Qualifications

●            Proven experience in managing customer relationships or another relevant role;

●            Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 

●            You're eager to learn and apply what you've learned to grow professionally

●            An understanding of market research methods and analysis would be considered an asset, but not mandatory;

●            Previous experience in iGaming is viewed as an asset, but not mandatory;

●            Proficient in Excel and MS suite of applications

●            Able to work within teams as well as with external clients

●            Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition

●            Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing

●            Top analytical skills with attention to detail

●            Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
●            Fluent in English
