Job Overview: We offer complete solutions that enable continuous innovation for today's smart connected devices. Support our licensees in IoT by using chipset ; gain expertise on roadmaps, platform technologies, chipset capabilities and limitations. Responsible for creating a bridge between customers and our company in order to facilitate timely and quality problem resolution of customer products. Manage customer product roadmap, features and planning; work closely with the customer on product requirements and project development; align customer schedule and launch plans with the roadmap and software schedule. Manage customer project during the entire development and deployment cycle; take the lead to coordinate customer design reviews, technical support and training needs and issue resolution with regional and headquarter apps. Manage customer technical requirement; maintain a smooth bridge between the customer and the engineer teams; coordinate with engineer teams and prioritize customer issues and offer fast responses. Coordination of execution of completion of customer requirements on a daily basis; setting up meetings internally and externally and driving these to make sure customer requirements are understood clearly and are being met in the expected amount of time. Lead meetings/discussions on key topics with the customers and internal terms. Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to expedite issue resolution and meet customer requirement. Provide regular update on customer product development, testing and launch plans to upper management.

Minimum Qualifications:5+ years in the following areas required: Hardware or Software experience in mobile or wireless communication design Knowledge of CDMA or UMTS or LTE terminal architecture and protocol Knowledge of Android, Drone, VR/AR, Wearable

Preferred Qualifications: Prior Experience here onsite

Education: Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Networks & Systems and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Finance and/or Information Technology and/or Marketing Preferred: Master's
