Alseva is a one-stop-shop in solar power, providing development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, as well as operations and maintenance of PV systems. Belonging to Sunly’s Group we have over 28 GW solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in our pipeline in the Baltics and Poland.

We are expanding PV construction (EPC) services in Baltic market and looking for the exceptional candidate who will lead that objective with wide empowerment and full responsibility. We are looking for a person who is excited by the vision of building a fast-growing business in foreign markets and wants to take an active role in the green energy revolution.

Your responsibilities

• Being fully responsible for all EPC work in the Baltic markets (especially Estonia)
• Conducting projects for the construction PV Farms.
• Preparation of project documentation, cost estimates, permits and approvals and documents necessary in the investment process
• Development and implementation of the project plan and schedule.
• Coordinate the work of the project team and monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Coordination of the process of selecting contractors.
• Organizing and supervising the work of the project team and other participants in the investment process.
• Participation in the negotiation of EPC contracts
• Reporting on progress of construction sites and compliance with budget and schedules 

Our requirements

• Technical education and possession of all necessary authorizations (electrical engineering, construction, electrical engineering)
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English is a must
• Project management skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team.
• Ability to organize own work and time management.
• Responsibility and self-reliance.
• Driving license
