Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project managers and teams in the execution of various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met effectively. This position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their project management skills and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative work environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders including teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress and identify any issues or delays to escalate to appropriate personnel.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare presentation materials and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
