Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Office Representative plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all guests and clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar for the office staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization to create a positive first impression.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
