Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our company's goals and brand image. Responsibilities

• Plan and organize various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and procure supplies and services for events.
• Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee flawless delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
