Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events from conception through completion. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of all stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial concept through to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successfully managed events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
