Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and possess excellent multitasking and communication skills to handle the complexities of event management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure services.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
