Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all client requirements and expectations are met.
• Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Specialist, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
