Job Description

Entertainment Travel Associates is seeking a dependable and organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, assisting team members, and ensuring office processes run efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare, update, and process office documents and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and support daily operational needs.
  • Enter and verify data with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
