Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to successful events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance.
  • Support event logistics and daily operations.
  • Organize promotional materials and event displays.
  • Help manage attendee registration and guest flow.
  • Maintain clean and organized event spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful events.
  • Gather attendee feedback and event observations.
  • Respond to attendee questions professionally.
  • Represent the company positively during all event activities.

Qualifications
