We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings.

  • Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field.
