Job Description
Swift7 Consultants is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces.
- Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Support internal teams with day-to-day office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries professionally.
