Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update accurate client account information in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client services and solutions.
  • Monitor client account performance and provide reports and insights to management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
