Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Negotiate contracts and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and maximize attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a successful track record.
